PERMITTED USE

This website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the website.

PRICES, PAYMENT METHOD AND PAYMENT.

Products on our website can be paid for as indicated in our checkout . The prices indicated on the ZACRED website at the time of the order will apply. Prices on our website are subject to change without notice.

ZACRED has implemented a secure payment system for all orders placed on our website. The transaction will be considered complete when the order confirmation is sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase. If the payment is rejected by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled, releasing ZACRED from any liability.

PROMOTIONS

If discount coupons are offered, the coupon value, minimum purchase amount required for their application, and validity dates will be specified. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and are limited to one use per customer.

In summary, these Terms and Conditions set forth the entire agreement between the user and ZACRED . Any waiver must be in writing. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

This document was prepared taking into account the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 "Which establishes general provisions for the protection of personal data" and Decree 1377 of 2013 "Which partially regulates Law 1581 of 2012" which aim to "Develop the constitutional right of all persons to know, update and rectify the information collected about them in databases or files, and the other constitutional rights, freedoms and guarantees referred to in Article 15 of the Political Constitution; as well as the right to information enshrined in Article 20 thereof..."

In compliance with current Colombian regulations, we provide relevant information regarding the legitimate processing of the personal data collected below:

2.1 COLLECTION OF THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA.

The User's personal data may be collected through the Site, upon registration and account opening, in order to participate in promotions, contests, or purchase products using the e-commerce tools made available. 2.2 PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

The processing of personal data will be carried out for the purpose of carrying out, through any means, marketing, promotion, advertising activities, own or third parties, technical support, marketing, service improvement, inquiries, control, enabling payment methods, commercial and consumer assistance, service and technical support of products and services, as well as any other related to the products and services, current and future of ZACRED. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User may always request the cessation of sending emails. Likewise, the personal data provided or obtained by ZACRED may be processed, collected, stored, used, updated, mainly to make possible the provision of its services, for the accounting records that are required and for reports to control and surveillance authorities. Likewise, personal data will be used for administrative, commercial and advertising purposes and contact with the owners of these.

Likewise, the User grants authorization for the transfer, communication, transfer and/or national or international transmission or assignment of personal data and databases to third parties who are Controllers and/or Managers in accordance with the business needs of ZACRED. For this purpose, the User grants express authorization for the international transfer of his/her personal data.

ZACRED undertakes that the information it obtains from users will not be shared with companies or third parties that have no direct connection with ZACRED.

2.3 SECURITY MEASURES

ZACRED has adopted technical, human resources, and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent access, or use. ZACRED maintains mandatory security protocols for personnel with access to personal data and information systems to ensure the security and confidentiality of processing.

2.4 RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS.

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 , Users as holders of personal data have the following rights:

a) To know, update, and rectify your personal data with the data controllers or data processors. This right may be exercised, among other things, in the case of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, or misleading data, or data whose processing is expressly prohibited or unauthorized.

b) Request proof of the authorization granted to the data controller, except when expressly exempted as a requirement for processing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012.

c) Be informed by the data controller or the data processor, upon request, regarding the use that has been given to your personal data.

d) Submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulations that modify, add to or complement it.

e) Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data at any time at your discretion.

f) Access free of charge to your personal data that has been processed, all in compliance with current legal procedures.

2.5 EXERCISE OF RIGHTS AND CLAIMS

The exercise of rights, requests, inquiries and complaints can be made to ZACRED by means of a written letter filed at ZACRED 's main office or by email at zacredesign@gmail.com.

This Policy is effective as of February 2025; ZACRED will duly notify you of any substantial changes.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

To request an exchange for a purchase at www.zacred.co, remember that you have up to thirty (30) days from the delivery date of your order. Within this period, you must send your exchange request to the following email: zacredesign@gmail.com

ZACRED will deliver the ordered products to the delivery address indicated by the customer, according to the delivery option selected when placing the order. ZACRED will not ship any products if full payment cannot be made.

Customers will be responsible for any consequences, such as delivery delays, non-delivery, return of products to ZACRED , additional shipping costs, among others, resulting from providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or from the customer's absence during the delivery attempt.

3.1 SHIPPING TIMES

Our shipments are made through the transport company Coordinadora Mercantil SA . The dispatch time of the products is approximately:

• National Standard Delivery : 2 to 5 business days: Cost $15,000.00. Purchases under $380,000, purchases over the above amount are FREE .
• Next Business Day Delivery : 1 to 2 business days: Manizales Only FREE Cost.

Based on peak seasons, this begins counting from the moment the order is approved. An order is approved when the bank accepts the payment.

Shipping is free for purchases over $380,000. If it's less than the aforementioned value, shipping will be charged according to the chosen shipping cost ($15,000.00).

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

• WITHDRAWAL LAW: ZACRED gives its customers the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase made as stipulated in Law 1480 of 2011, ART 47, to withdraw according to the law you have a period of 5 business days after delivery of the product.
• Send an email within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product to zacredesign@gmail.com , with the reason for the return.
• After the email is reviewed by ZACRED , the customer will receive an email with instructions to follow.
• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
• Once the product is received, the supplier performs quality control, which takes approximately five (5) business days. Once the product's condition is determined, the refund will be issued.
• The cost of returning the garment must be borne by the customer, as established by the relevant law.
• With the right of withdrawal in Colombia, you can only request a refund.
• The refund as provided by law must be made within thirty (30) days following the return of the garment.

RETURN POLICIES

To request an exchange for a purchase at www.zacred.co, please remember that you have up to thirty (30) days from the delivery date of your order. Within this period, you must send your exchange request to the following email address: zacredesign@gmail.com

To request a warranty on a purchase from www.zacred.co, remember that you have up to ninety (90) days from the delivery date of your order. Within this period, you must send your exchange request to the following email: zacredesign@gmail.com

The process for returning products is as follows:

- You must identify the product and the date of purchase.

- Underwear (panties, bras, boxers, shorts, socks, bodysuits, catsuits, swimsuits) cannot be exchanged.

- Garments are exchanged for the amount actually paid.

- Shipping and other return costs will be borne by the buyer. The product must be sent to Av. Alberto Mendoza #89-40. You must notify us in advance that the item will be shipped so that ZACRED's after-sales service can generate a shipping guide.

- Each product must be returned in new condition, with all labels in its original packaging. If the product has been altered due to handling other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or functionality, ZACRED reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement.

- Products purchased through authorized ZACRED distributors must comply with the distributor's warranty policies.

PRODUCTS ON SALE

- Products purchased with any of our discounts available throughout the year are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Exchanges may only be made under warranty.

- Customers may invoke the right of withdrawal to return the garment as long as it shows no signs of wear, stains, or odors.

- In the event of invoking the right of withdrawal, only money will be refunded, not exchanged for another garment.

3.2.3 OPTIONS AVAILABLE AFTER THE CHANGE REQUEST:

- Exchange for size or color of product.

- Voucher loaded for the purchase value to be redeemed online.

- Money back.

GUARANTEES

At ZACRED , garments come with a three (2) month warranty, starting from the date our customers receive the product. After this period, no claims will be accepted for any reason. In the event of a warranty claim, our quality department will review it, and we will provide a response within eight (8) business days.

If the garment can be repaired, we will proceed with the repair. Otherwise, we will exchange it for a garment with the same characteristics in perfect condition.

WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a product with characteristics different from those described on the page at the time of purchase, the customer can follow the procedure below to request a product exchange:

Within two (2) business days after receiving the product, the customer must take photographs showing the error and send them along with the order number to the email zacredesign@gmail.com.

Once the error is confirmed, the customer will be sent a collection guide to return the incorrect product. ZACRED will arrange collection at the same location as the initial delivery. Once this process is complete, the correct product will be shipped to the customer.

CANCELLATION

The customer has the right to cancel all or part of their purchase order, provided it has not been shipped, without ZACRED being in breach of contract, by means of written notice sent to zacredesign@gmail.com.

ZACRED will issue a full refund if the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will be considered a return of the product, and the shipping cost or taxes charged (in the case of international shipments) will be deducted, as applicable.

In the event of cancellation, the refund will be issued within 20 business days of receiving the email requesting cancellation.
